‘News Interruptsus’. A made up Latin inspired word that when spoken aloud describes how in fact the news interrupts us. Derails us, inflames us and fills our minds with false fears. Written on the book is the sentence, Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end. I heard this line in a film called ‘The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel’. I loved the sentiment. I have written it in Hebrew script, upside down. The cat is painted a marigold colour. The woman behind is hope.
