I turned up for work at the Butter Factory today. It’s interesting to see oneself in black and white pinned to the wall. I participated in a portrait photography workshop in January. I was paired with an interesting and talented artist and over a few hours we got to know each other while taking turns to photograph the other. The exhibition entitled Unfiltered is showing as part of International Women’s Day. 14 photos. All really vulnerable and beautiful.
The mezzanine level is showing Encircle. A selection of random works by members of the gallery. I am showing I’ll Take You There and Within Every Seed. It’s a nice show. Hope you can either make it to the opening this coming Saturday 22 Feb or the Cocktail Event on Sat March 8th.
